Residence Filanda is close to the main resort town of Riva del Garda, just 1.5 kms from the beach and 2 kms from the old city centre.
This fabulous Residence Filanda caters for all needs, those with children, those who like to get in touch with nature, those who prefer an active holiday, those who are keen on culture, the sportsmen or perhaps just love the gastronomical specialities of the area.
Pool and Relax
Our swimming-pool, which is heated by solar panels, for adults and for children offers fun, relaxation and amusement.
There are sun beds, deckchairs, garden benches and tables surrounding the pool. In high season, we normally organize bowls and table-football games. The Residence also has a lift, reception, internet points, launderette, and a bar with a terrace onto the swimming pool, where you can obtain sandwiches, pizzette, cocktails, coffee etc.
Visit also our other resort: Residence Paradise, a resort in a strategic position a few steps from the lake.
Heated swimming pool, adult swimming pool (20x10x1.50m), children’s pool (4.50X4.50×0.50m), whirlpool area, relaxation area with sun loungers, bar with panoramic terrace, grill area.
Water playground
In our 10,000 sqms park there will be this year a fantastic new attraction for all the younger guests. The new water park, which together with the pool and the children’s pool will surely be the best pool area in the surroundings.

You can use the playground, sunbeds and deckchairs, free city bikes, table tennis table, bowls court, volleyball and five-a-side football pitches and other useful services that will make your stay at our resort extremely pleasant.
