​Our Suites

​The Suite apartments are more spacious than normal apartments, they have a balcony and a panoramic terrace on the top floor complete with sun loungers and a table with chairs for your outdoor meals.
They are comfortably furnished with: dishwasher, microwave, toaster, hairdryer, electric coffee maker and a 32" LCD satellite TV.
The price also includes: a first set of sheets/bath towels, final cleaning, internet and air conditioning.

The Apartments

​Residence Filanda has one-, two- and three-room apartments that can accommodate from two to six people, spacious (up to 70 m2), all with balconies or terraces.

​The Villas

​Our villas are the perfect location to relax and feel pampered in every way. 
From the large living room to the kitchen equipped with everything you need, from the 2 bathrooms with large shower, 2 bedrooms, comfortable sofa, which can be transformed into a sofa bed for 2 people if necessary, to the large windows, to give brightness and show you the surrounding panorama, up to the large terraces.

The garden is a real oasis away from the traffic and noise of the city, perfectly cared for and rich in floral varieties.
They are also the ideal place for exclusive holidays or romantic weekends; ideal for families or friends; our villas can accommodate up to 7 people.
